Кирилл  ДЕВОЧКИН

        Born on February 5, 1973, in the city of Krasnoyarsk (Russia, Siberia). In the family of a musician (mother) and an artist                  (father). From the age of four he was engaged in painting, drawing. From the age of seven, music (violin in the class, studied            at the Children's Music School). He participated many times in competitions of children's drawing "Snowdrop" and other                exhibitions. He was encouraged by letters of commendation. Then he entered the Children's Art School, immediately in the              second grade. Successfully graduated and entered the Krasnoyarsk Art College named after V.I.Surikov. Graduated, received            a  diploma. Then he was engaged in design activities. He painted sketches and paintings under the impression of the unique
        beauties of Siberian nature. More than ten solo exhibitions of paintings were held in Krasnoyarsk.

 

         Since August 2002, he has been living and working in St. Petersburg. During the first year of his stay in the city, together                 with his father (professional artist Vladimir Devochkin), four solo exhibitions were held.  The theme is "Yenisei-father".

         Two  Personal  Main  exhibitions  were  held  at  the  Union  of  Artists  of  St. Petersburg  at  38  Bolshaya  Morskaya  Street.

 

         Many of the artist's works are in private collections in Krasnoyarsk, Moscow and other cities of Russia, as well as abroad:                 Ireland, Germany, Finland.
